An alleged plot by Pakistani Hackers have been unearthed by Delhi Police amidst the proposed Tractor rally. The team revels that number of Pakistani Twitter Handles (count being around 308) are posting as pro farmers and trying to create chaos in the law and order.
The basic job they are leading to is producing mistrust and discontent in the rallying farmers. The police reveals that an analysis set between the dates January 13th and January 18th i.e 7 days shows that total of 308 Twitter handles were being operated in Pakistan. The main agenda of such operation was to create confusion and puzzlement among the farmers. The proxy account’s location shows in the middle east and Turkey and they were created in Khalistani campaign. The intelligence days that these handles were making an attempt to havoc the ongoing Farmers rally.
Deependra Pathak, Special Commissioner of Police (Intelligence) said that the rally on Tuesday will be conducted amid tight security after the Republic Day celebrations conclude. He says in a press conference “Over 305 twitter handles have been generated from Pakistan during the dates January 13th and 18th to produce chaos in the tractor rally by farmers by misleading the people. There are inputs about the same situation from different agencies too. It will be a challenging task for us but the rally will be conducted amid tight security after the Republic Day parade is over”. Giving more details about the plan, the official explained that the rally is to enter capital from Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur borders and will return back to their originating points.
He added – From Singhu, the rally is to pass through Kanjhawala, Bawana, Auchandi border, KMP expressway and then return back to the originating place. From Tikri, it will go to Nagloi and pass through Najafgarh and Western peripheral Expressway. From Ghazipur, the rally is to go to 56- foot road and is to return to the Ghazipur border passing through Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal Expressway.
The farmers were requested by the police to operate their rally outside the capital. Although, the rally is to be held on Delhi’s outer ring road. The road is the lifeline of the city and connects major part of the capital city.
The protest has been going on since November 2020 among the snowy nights and Covid situation. Farmers are protesting against the three laws issues by national government- Farmers‘ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act. Several meeting between the central government and the farmers’ association has gone waste as no conclusion was drawn by them. The only rising hope among every Indian citizen is the protest to end soon and everything being back to normal.
